Stay committed to your profession as a REALTOR®. Set up a goal, stay focused and keep a positive attitude.

Spring is almost here and lenders are working with low credit scores and along with the low rates, it's our time to S P R I N G ahead and make it a good year.

We are vulnerable - it is easy to loose focus......Accept the hard fact that you must repeatedly recover your focus......A brief loss of focus is a minor derailment, but if not regained rapidly, loss of focus becomes a wholesale wreck. Focus, re-adjust, and realign - that's the recipe behind all great achievement.

So, everyone - let's get energized and focused and make 2012 a great year.

Above all choose your attitude, whether conscious or not, we all make the decision to act in certain ways. Treat your REALTOR® family, as you would like to be treated.

Remember to get involved.... Come to our Association meetings, give us your ideas and make a difference. You all have a greatness within, bring it out!!

A little bit about us:

We are a REALTOR® membership association dedicated to provide valuable services to our members so that they can better serve their clients and customers. We provide prelicensing training for persons who wish to enter the real estate or appraisal field, as well as continuing education for licensed individuals. Courses are provided through our New Haven Real Estate School.

We provide forms and supplies for our members and update them through our publications. We also publish the Connecticut Home Browser, a biweekly advertising magazine that is distributed to the public free of charge.
